Copy-paste all in here and make a new topic, fill out the requested questions, post it and wait for a reply from one of the officers. All communication will be put into your topic in the form of replies, please refrain from contacting anyone in game with information concerning your application, just post it as a reply in your topic and we will get back to you about it. Since officers and the gm have a real life as well take into account that it may take a while before your application is processed.

Shadowmane Tribe is a guild with a Hardcore Raiding division and therefore we are looking for hardcore raiding members. The definition of hardcore raider that we apply to our guild is: A hardcore members must join a specific amount of raids, if not all, set by the Guild master. Not signing up or not showing up would result in a demotion to social rank, from there you have to prove yourself as a raider to get back in raiding rank. A hardcore member is on time for a raid, during invites at the instance entrance and fully stocked and repaired.

If you think that your play style fits the definition perfectly then reading and filling in the following set of rules, disclaimer and template is your next step in applying to our guild.

Guild Rules:
1. Stick to the rules of your rank in the guild
2. Don’t cause trouble for your fellow guild members, officers and gm on any occasion
3. If you have time to spare help your fellow guildies out if they need it
4. Beeing generous to the guildbank will be appreciated (Guildbank Repair, free flasks and food are expensive)
5. No selling in guildchat

AGREE: YES/NO

Raiding Rules:
1. You must join a minimum of 2 from the total 3 raids planned on the in-game event/player calendar. Be on time, stocked and repaired.
2. Our raid times are from 21:00 till max. 23:30 server time. Our raiding days are Monday till Thursday. We might make extra runs during the week for alts or weekly raid quests, these are free to join since its joined by social ranked people as well.
3. For each raid the raid leader has the final word in each decision. This ranges from loot to start/end time of the raid and who is invited when too many signups appear.
4. Your status as raider will remain for the duration of your stay with Shadowmane Tribe unless you become social rank by your own choice (real life happens) or a forced demote by an officer for not following the raiding rules.
5. Don’t cause trouble during raids for your raidleader and fellow raiders
6. Use Guildbank repair only during raids
7. During raids you must be on Teamspeak 3, use Deadlyboss mods and Omen Threat Meter
8. Pugging is allowed but beware you have to save one good geared, max level char for our own guildraids. Remember you have to join our own raids 3 days a week. Preferably save a char we highly need in our raids like a healer or a tank. As a raider, you are not allowed to pug during smt's own raids for we might need you later.
